And Another Run

My second half marathon is this Sunday. This course will take me across the 520 bridge, around Bellevue and finish in downtown Bellevue. Sure, I've ran a half marathon before (about 6 weeks ago) and I've been running since then, but I'm a little afraid of the Seattle heat wave that suddenly came. I haven't ran a lot in this type of weather, so I don't know how my body will react. Will I be sweating so much that I'll be dehydrated and be unable to perform to my best level? I don't know. I guess I'll wish for some summer winds to help cool the heat.
